Event and workshop spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the stated timeframe

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded

  • Event tickets and deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Club NW
